Something that she could do sitting down. The machine works as demonstrated and with starting out at the lowest resistance number with the intent of gradually increasing the resistance over several weeks, the machine is doing what we had hoped for. The added bonus is the exercise rubber resistance bands that allow you to work on arm and upper body strength. A mat, tie-down strap, another set of pedals and resistance bands. You will need to tie-down the machine as it moves when using. There is enough length in the tie-down strap to attach the machine to your chair or other.
