Only issue I've had is a bit of the insulation coming out through the weave in the outer layer of the jacket. Shouldn't be enough to cause any problems in the near future, but eventually it may be a larger issue. The heating works well, though I am definitely planning on upgrading to a larger battery. It does the job for my standard night at work, usually no more than 3-4 hours outside, but it wouldn't last me a full 8 hour shift if I needed it to. Also, I don't love the battery placement, a zippered interior pocket would be preferable. I use the front pockets a lot, and often find myself accidentally reaching in the rear battery compartment and not the front portion.
