I have a couple other ActionHeat 5V products, a jacket and pullover that I had purchased in store. These made me confident in purchasing these online directly from ActionHeat without actually seeing them.\r\n\r\nThese are a good quality product they are made well and seem to be of a good quality. I would love a battery indicator that you could see without having to unzip and pull the battery pack out though.\r\n\r\nThat being said though why 2 stars if they are good quality? Well quite frankly I haven't found a single thing that they are good for. Unless it is close to 40 degrees and the heat is on high my finger tips are painfully cold or numb when I wear these. There is no warmth in the actual mitten part. It is a very thin material. I bought them to primarily walk my dogs in the winter. I live in Iowa. I don't need heated gloves in 40 degree weather I need it when it is in the 20's of teens and these do nothing in that temperature range. In the 30's these generally not any good either.
