Very comfortable at different speeds. I wanted to try something with a plate, but I didn’t wanna buy race day shoes. These are a perfect middle ground. I tried a few different shoes from a few different brands plated and non-plated. And these are at the top of my list for marathon training and right now. I’m probably picking these for race day because they’re so comfortable. I’m just an average guy running. The runner foam is great for high impact but the carbon plate keeps the bounce and light. Great for dry terrain and roads, the only down side really is plate on bottom is exposed and mud will collect there.
