The Journey 5 is very comfortable, including the built-in brief. I hardly noticed the shorts during my run. The multiple pockets for storage were great. I carried my phone, one gel, and my car keys; I was aware of my phone during the first few minutes of my easy long run, but once I really got going, I couldn’t tell it was there. My only negative comment is that they run a tad large. I will add that I prefer a more snug fit with my running shorts, so this could just be me.
