I'm 6'5\" 240 lbs and the XL Tall fits me perfectly. It sits on my waist and I like that the sleeves cover my wrists and a bit over my hands. Easy to style, durable, the more you wear it the less stiff it becomes which I like, and it's warm enough that you don't need multiple layers underneath. The shoulder was tighter than previous J01 Carhartt work jackets I have purchased in the last 30-35 years. Who ever designed this jacket probably has never worked a day in his life in the construction field and looked at it as designer clothing, the manager who approved it should be canned! The hip could be an inch or so larger, but the sleeves are really long, so I couldn't go up to a medium because the sleeves would then be down to my knees. Maybe if you offered tall sizes in a size small, that would have worked better. It was a gift and isn't returnable/exchangeable so it may not get as much use as it could. It felt warm enough for what it
