The Sales Associate who originally sold the boots to me was nowhere to be found but the next associate, Chutney Forbes, She was amazing!!! She picked up my boots from the Hotel and re labeled them for UPS and had shipped to my home. She was, no.. She is.. truly amazing. I will continue to do business with your company on account of her.
