It turned out the sizing guide was right on the money for my 6'5\",190 lb body. It recommended a Standard Large size, but I was skeptical the sleeve length wouldn't be long enough which the size guide didn't address, so I ordered the XL to be sure. The XL was too big in both the body and the sleeve length, even for my long arms. My advice is go with the sizing guide that lets you put in your height and weight.
