Unfortunately, I’ve now had two separate pairs fail in the exact same way.\n\nBoth pairs leaked at the front of the boots in the big-toe area on both the left and right boots. To be clear, the water is not coming in from above the material or over the top — the water level has always been below the boot height. The leakage is coming through the boot material itself.\n\nAfter the first pair failed, I exchanged them and even upgraded to a higher model. The second pair leaked in the same locations. When I attempted to get help through the retailer, I was treated poorly and never received a promised follow-up call.\n\nI rescue animals and rely on waterproof boots daily. I also live with fibromyalgia, and having wet, cold feet is more than an inconvenience — it affects my health. Right now, my feet are soaked, which is extremely frustrating after investing in a premium product.\n\nI wanted to like these boots, but based on my experience, they have not performed as advertised.
