I work 10 to 12 hours a days on concrete, heavy equipment and mud all day an ill even wear them on weekends when I'm not working. Don’t wste $ settrs r da BST!!!","text":"I’ve worn them all name it I’ve worn them 12-18hrs a day no joke! These boots are the most comfortable, most durable boots I’ve ever owned. 20 yrs ago I wore timberlands and loved them cause they went the distance, then they changed. Then I used every brand you can think of since and they never stood up to the challenge(framing, sewers, flood control, heavy construction) I still do all that work and more and setters are right there with me. My wife bought my first pair 4 yrs ago and just bought me another pair this past Xmas because she didn’t like the steel toe showing but I still wear the old ones cause the soles are still good to go and there are no holes. I’m a working class individual, not rich, so like my other tools my boots have to last. Do yourself a favor and get a pair of setters. So ive tried a few brands that make these soft sole boots. Setters are hands down the best, straight out the box all the way to replacement time (which for me is about 3 years per pair). I tried Twisted X's version, TERRIBLE. I already owned some Setters and someone bought me Brunt boots as a gift, they were awful too, Brunt are the cheapest made trash boot ive ever put a foot in. Highly recommend Irish Setters, if you want a comfy boot from day 1. And they took me about 5-6 days of wearing them for 12 hours a day to break in and form to my foot. Im on my 2nd pair of Ashbys and they'll be the only boots i buy from now on.
