I understand that sometimes \"things happen\" and wouldn't normally write a negative review, but it has now been three business days and as of this writing Keen has ignored my two email requests for a replacement pair. That shoe was Keen Targhee II. Loved them so much I bought a second pair using one pair one day, the other pair the next day - back and forth for dry out time. My original pair began to delaminate, I took them back to Bass Pro, Bass Pro said they are beyond the 60 day return limit suggesting I warranty them through Keen. Went on line, followed instructions for warranty claim, made said claim and waited. within 2 weeks received email that said claim excepted, use voucher for replacement pair. Got my new Targhee IV boots not long after. Comparing Targhee IV to Targhee II I could see sole redesign which I doubt will fail. Thank you Keen for standing tall and making good on warranty, take a bow please, you earned it.
