","text":"I am 5ft 11in about 190-200lbs (I go up and down and I am somewhat athletic). \r\n\r\nI got this jacket and it has not disappointed me. The hood has some fleece like material as well as the inner sleeves (It just adds a layer of warmth to it). I ordered a size XL and it fit perfect. \r\n\r\nTo give you all an idea: I am able to perfectly wear a base layer, the covert hoodie, the hunter vest and finally this jacket as a final layer. The idea is that I could wear multiple layers underneath and have this over the top. Kings even advertise it as an outer layer to do just what I bought it before. However, the arms are small diameter to the point of being constrictive. I can only fit 1 long sleeve shirt underneath this jacket before I have restricted movement in my arms. I am considered skinny armed. It will eat up space in a daypack but if you layer with it you can shed your under layers and keep this on. The fuzzy lining in the arms and hood is excellent for warmth and comfort, and the jacket layers really well overall. The sleeves are a bit snug in the forearms, so I typically wear a puffy over the softshell rather than underneath—but this hasn’t been a deal-breaker. It’s a well-designed, comfortable piece that performs just as I’d hoped.\r\n\r\nUnfortunately, my ordering and shipping experience was identical to my previous purchase and left a lot to be desired. I placed the order at the beginning of September, but it took over 10 days just to be packed and shipped, followed by nearly 3 weeks in transit. The total time from order to delivery was over a month. Despite my order confirmation indicating that the purchase qualified for free international shipping, the package arrived “Charge on Delivery,” and I had to pay shipping fees upon receipt.\r\n\r\nI reached out to customer service twice during this delay. I received one response—more than 10 days after my first inquiry—and never heard back regarding the second.\r\n\r\nIn short: the softshell is fantastic, but the shipping and customer service experience was frustrating.
