The pockets on the side of each leg are in a great position for walking and sitting, large enough for my phone and my wallet, deep enough that nothing falls out while being easily retrieved. The material is super comfortable, a smooth and soft weave that has held up very well over five years of daily use at work. They are stylish enough for travel and don't look too casual. All of the angled cuts and seams make them very comfortable for bending and sitting. I love them so much I bought two more pairs to put in storage so when my original two pairs eventually wear out I will have them ready to go.
