After the first wash they look terrible. White chalk-like marks on the legs. I brought them back to the store where I purchased. 3 weeks later I get this response from Kulhl - “ This only occurs when the proper care techniques are not followed. Like leather goods, those are important to follow to ensure the intended aging happens properly. Fortunately, with continued wear and wash, the creasing will fade as the intentional fade of the rest of the pant happens.\" Sorry, when I bought the pants I didn’t realize I was purchasing a leather goods. I threw the pants into the wash inside as the tag says. Now kuhl says this: EXKLUSIN CARE INSTRUCTIONS • Machine wash cold • Do not bleach Cotton, Spandex - tumble dry low. Well, that’s not what the tag on the pants says. And I don’t typically go the ‘website’ before I wash each item of my clothing. The fact that the store/kuhl took 3 weeks to even get back to me and then tells me it’s my fault for not reading the care instructions on their website is making me revisit my loyalty to this brand and store. Not sure why I have to submit my height, body type and outdoor credentials to submit a product review??!!
