{"reviews":[{"id":7179851,"locale":"en_US","rating":5,"title":"Best hiking shoe I've ever had!","text":"I just completed a ~48 mile backpacking trip with a 50 lb pack in the backcountry of the Grand Tetons with my Oboz Bridger Low Waterproof shoes. I've tried many hiking shoes/boots over my years of backpacking, but none have come close to the level of comfort I experienced from the Bridgers. I've had past issues with my achilles tendons, blisters, and losing toenails due to either an uncomfortable shoe or improper fitting shoe, but not with my Bridgers. I wear a 9 regular in my everyday shoes, but a foot specialist recommended that I go to a 9. 5 wide to allow my foot the space to expand within the shoe when doing lengthy hikes with weight. I did that with the Bridger and this last trip was absolutely amazing! No tendon problems, no blisters, no sloppiness within the shoe, and no loss of toenails. They were very comfortable and withstood everything that I threw at them on the trip.
