I have purchased boots and clothes in the past. Was extremely pleased each time. I was sent an email with a special offer and immediately put in my order. This opportunity to rate service is coming after a dozen phone calls, that by the way no one ever answered. There are a few things that keep them from being perfect. For me at 5' 9\" the legs are little long and thus baggy at the ankles. Also, the bottoms of the legs open on the sides to make accessing your boots easier. The problem is that they are closed by buttons rather than a zipper and thus let in a draft at the bottom of the pants. Finally, while these are warm, I wish they were even warmer.
