I could not more highly recommend this shoe. Im a 30+ mile/ week, competitive runner who unfortunately has very flat feet. If you’re a serious runner who just happens to have wide feet (and overpronates a bit because of it) you are generally SOL. I’ve run in the Arahi, the Adrenaline, and the Kayano. None are in this league. The Tempus is a snappy, light shoe that gives that little bit of extra support via a slightly wider midfoot platform and a modest arch rail. I will race or work out in performance shoes with an insole, but I love the Tempus because you just put it on and have no worries. I use them as a daily trainer but would have no problem racing in them—they’re incredibly comfortable and just fun to run in. No more frumpy stability shoes. I’m on my fourth pair and if Saucony cuts the line I will write a strongly worded letter. KOOL","text":"Kinvara16 has turnout to be the best sneakers ever. The Kinvara10 and Kinvara12 were the last form fitting lightweight sneakers. The Kinvara 13 wasn't form fitting. My 12 M looked as a 13size with bottom of the toes and heal slipped like a XXLTee. The others had no true self-identity with overkill of Rubber. At that time all sneaks seamed to want to ad to the plastic Islands that exist in our oceans today. Then we found the perfect balance. The most comfortable, form fitting lightest weight, and KOOL look The Kinvara16 are the best, and we are already running out. I told my wife to by a few pair because I knew once they were tried they would sell like no tomorrow see bought an 8.5 and went up to a women's size 9 to run.in. I must wear my perfect size. and these are form fitting. After watching the owner or head desighner I knew he was honest. Love these sneaker. Make more. as more colors as well. and keep them fitting and look just the way they are. Do not change them. Look at the sales. Today was my first run in them - 16 miles - with paces ranging from 9:00 to 6:45/mi. I could accelerate without any lag and when cornering on tight curves, my ankles were always well supported and stable, unlike Endorphin Pro which really only want to go straight ahead (and do so very well).\n\nThink Endorphin Speed combined with legitimate stability. The previous version is still best yet these are good stability shoes. The tempus v1 cushion was absolutely brilliant. Not suitable for long runs","text":"Disappointing on longer runs. I was sold on this because I was unhappy with the changes made to the Guide models going back to the Guide 14s. Tempus 2 leaves me with dull knee pain in both knees (have never experienced this before in my life) every time I hit the 8 mile mark on my longer runs. I dont think I would recommend this for anything more than a 5K. It’s a shame because of how light and springy the shoe is overall. I wanted to love the updated version as nuch, but Saucony made the same mistake that companies make all the time. They changed the fit and made this one too narrow. Didn't know how amazing these were until I bounced around a ton of models and ended up back with the Tempus 1. Think they did an amazing job fixing the little kinks from version 1 with version 2. Although I did like the thinner upper of version 1. This version takes a little breaking into at first but once you get going it's a very comfortable ride.
