Fits over a hoody in town, but under my shell or down in the backcountry. \r\n\r\nCan't say enough good things, if you like vests at all, this one is perfect. Works hiking in cold \r\n temps or if keeping a slower pace, wicks well, and being able to throw up the hood while glassing or if the wind comes up is fantastic. Can confirm the tight/odd fit at the neck, but works well for the vest for layering (would give me pause on the cirque jacket.\r\n\r\nUse caution if wearing with a bino harness, mine pilled badly on the right side almost immediately first time I wore it with the harness over top. I actually think the SG rangefinder pocket and it's velcro backing is to blame here, but just watch out for pilling.
