I like to ski with my hood up when it's a bit cold.\n- The big, wide collar to zips up to cover most of my face even when wearing a thick face covering.\n- It has appropriate insulation. You need extra layers underneath when it's cold but it should be quite wearable for spring skiing with just a shirt on underneath.\n- Pockets are where they should be and the right size.\n\nSome suggestions for improvement:\n- There is no place to attach a whistle which would be close to the mouth. The zipper pulls where I would normally attach a whistle are solid and not useful for that purpose. This is quite important when skiing a big mountain resort like Whistler/Blackcomb. There really needs to be a place to attach a whistle near the mouth. I may get a little loop sown in some place on the jacket.\n- The inside chest zipper pocket should be on the inside of the insulation rather than the outside. This would keep the phone and other electronics warmer.\n- It would be nice if the collar was just a bit higher, maybe by a centimeter or so. Not a big deal.\n\nOverall I am very happy with the jacket so
