Size 11 for man who wears a size 10 to 10 1/2 Is extremely small. I had a promo code when I ordered these slippers and requested to return these, but in the meantime wanted to order a size 12 so I asked them to honor the discount on the slippers from my original order so that I would not have to wait for them to receive my return and then to ship out a new pair, which could take two weeks. The representative said she cannot do that because they cannot honor previous sales, and I asked to speak to a supervisor and my representative said the supervisor cannot authorize it either. What kind of customer service is this? I now must wait a few weeks to know if the 12 will\nWork. I knew better than to order from UGG. I wear Beat Paws myself because UGG runs extremely small and their customer service is terrible. This is not an unheard of request because I have made the same request from other reputable companies and no one has ever declined, even today!
