Thought something might be in the line, cleared the lines out with water and then air, no go. Checked the tank valve, cleaned it out with water and air, nothing. However, I think that the valve that attaches to the tank might be the problem. Very frustrating, as I have a whole shop of red tools, but this one? Give it 6 months. It won't work so great anymore. (first, couldnt't change pressure settings without turning off and restarting, then no high pressure setting at all!) Bought in March or April, 24. Sent in to Milwaukee Dec 17 2024. July 19 2025, Milwaukee still has my sprayer! Won't, or can't fix it, and won't replace it with a new sprayer! So, I had already bought a second tank for it, so this spring, like the fool I am, I bought another one. Now, while the sprayer is still working, one of the switch tanks won't pick up. Pump runs and runs and solution comes out at about half volume and pressure. I can take the pickup tube from a different tank and all works fine! NOT EVEN WORTH CONTACTING MILWAUKEE FOR, BECAUSE THEY WON'T DO ANYTHING BUT SEND THE IR LIITTLE CONDESENDING EMAIL AND NOTHING GETS DONE.! VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH MILWAUKEE TOOLS! I SANG THEIR PRAISES FOR YEARS, BUT UNTIL THIS IS RESOLVED, NO MORE!\" Since this review, Milwaukee has seen fit to replace my sprayer with a new unit. Battery, charger, tank and all. Really nice of them to finally honor the warranty, but it should not have taken 7 months and countless e-mails to do so. Now I have 2 working pumps that I hope will keep working. Time will tell. Still having trouble with one of the tanks, though. It has a leak in the pickup tube and doesn't spray at full volume and the spray has a lot of air mixed in with the liquid solution. Guess I'll have to fix this problem myself.
