I was a little disappointed in the condition of the packaging that the charger was in. The Minn Kota box was damaged and it appeared that the charger itself may have been removed at one point. All of the packaging inside was missing and the charger was bouncing around within the box. It appeared to be okay so I installed in my boat. Everything seems to be working as designed.
