I have used this bag for 2 years now and have loved it, especially after adding a lid to it (seriously get a lid for it, it is worth it). It is light enough weight to use up in the mountains of Colorado for my traditional archery hunts and backpack camping for a night or two. I have not packed out large game with it yet. I would say this pack can manage 3-4 days camping if you can go very minimalist, while hunting it is very spacious. I have also taken it to multiple Total Archery Challenge events and it has handled rope climbs down 80degree inclines without throwing me off balance. My only complaint I have is that I wish there was a way to strap my recurve bow to the pack (I do not use a bowquiver) but I have seen people manage to do so if they have a strap on bowquiver. Works awesome for everything I could need a pack for, just need to realize it is only 45L without a lid, gotta leave the useless gear in the vehicle. I didn't. Overall, the build quality is what I have come to expect from Mystery Ranch. I used this pack fairly well, and even though I haven't had a chance to haul more than about 60 or 70 lbs in it, it has held up well. I also like the overall layout of the bag with the pockets and the way it opens up in the back. If it weren't for these things, I would have given it two stars. Now for the gripes. Hopefully some of these things have already been addressed since I bought mine. It still has the annoying squeak that others have complained about. One of my biggest complaints(because it would have been so simple to get right) is the side pockets. When the bag is full, they do not properly hold a standard 1L Nalgene bottle. I lost one and would have lost another if I didn't start clipping them to a pack strap. These pockets are lame and rather pointless. I have a NICE 6500 and a Legend that are phenomenal packs, and they both hold bottles nicely. Next up, I never had the problems adjusting the frames on my other two MR packs like I did this one. It kept rubbing different parts of my back as I tweaked adjustments. I think I have it now, but it still is not as comfortable as the other two. The last major gripe I have is that when I'm using the Overload feature and have everything cinched down, I can't open the pack up to get anything in or out without unclipping things. I'm sure they had good reasons for doing it this way, but it gets really annoying at times if I need to be in and out of the bag often.
