Unfortunately several puzzling design choices are making me regret my choice. Biggest negative is the insulated pocket for a water bottle puts the bottle right against your back. Not only is uncomfortable to have it jammed into your back carrying the bag but it's not accessible unless you take the bag off. My old one had an angled pocket that not only kept it off your back but was accessible while walking - which is when you want to take a drink. Also the straps are much less substantial than my old bag and the padding is less. The padding also gets super discolored just by walking. The workmanship seems solid, the standard Ogio ball pocket is great and the magnetic pockets are almost great. However the quick access is too small to get your hand in so you hand to unzip anyway. Most important, the dedicated putter slot is gone. This means your putter sits in a deep pocket like all the other clubs but since it's shorter, or force the putter cover off and if you aren't watching for it it's gone. I hate to say it - because the 20 year olds bag was so great - but i would not buy this bag again. The product looked great and seemed to offer the functionality I needed. Ogio’s website advertised a 5–7 business day delivery, which gave me confidence it would arrive in time. I was also drawn to the customization option — a nice personal touch for just $10 — something I’ve never had on a bag before.\n\nHowever, things quickly went downhill. When I checked the order status on July 3rd, it was still \"in process.\" I called Customer Service and was told it would ship on Monday, July 7th. But by Tuesday, July 8th, the status still hadn’t changed. I called again and was then told that customized bags actually require an additional 12 days on top of the 5–7 days.\n\nNowhere during the ordering process that was obvious to me that the delivery was so extended. Had I known this delay was possible, I would have never placed the order — especially not for an item I needed by a specific date. I could have paid slightly more from the PGA store or another retailer and had the bag well in advance.\n\nWhat bothers me most is that I feel misled by a brand I trusted. To add insult to injury, I was told that because the bag is customized, it cannot be canceled or returned — even though this critical delivery information was not clear to me.\n\nI’ve unfortunately fallen into this trap, but I will be sharing this experience so others can avoid the same mistake.\n\nI would sincerely appreciate it if someone from Ogio management could respond to this review or reach out to me directly.
