Love the dual control flames, and love that the flames are on either side of the oven—much easier to keep an eye on our pies. Have done several margarita’s, and a couple of 20” NY style (pic attached) using a screen to launch then removing when bottom is cooked a bit. Worked really well. Heats up quickly-20-25 minutes to get to margarita temps and re-heats quickly between pies.
