This messenger operates as more of a hybrid between a messenger and a crossbody brief. It fits my 14\" chromebook, travel mug, an osprey ultralight liquids pouch that I fill with some toiletries and some other odds and ends.\n\nThe flaptop + zipper combination allows for a variety of options for accessing the bag. I keep the flap over the back of the bag so I only need to use the zipper for access and this works well (can use the flap whenever I need weather protection). The magnets in the flap could be a bit stronger to make fastening a bit more seamless but overall I much prefer this design to buckles or velcro.\n\nSome of the pocketing I found a bit odd. The rear pocket is very flat but also deep and wide, but not quite wide enough to fit documents, so it only really works well for a thin small notebook or something similar. The leftmost pocket in the main compartment is very deep for how tight and narrow it is, so for instance a passport gets deep in the pocket and difficult to get out.\n\nOverall a functional small and light messenger bag for taking your essentials around town on a bike or on foot. I wish this style came in a larger size that could accommodate my 16\" laptop like the metron messenger and with a bit more space in the main compartment.
