{"reviews":[{"id":6893448,"locale":"en_US","rating":1,"title":"Cleaning rods broke on first use","text":"For my first time cleaning with this kit, I threaded together the two brass rods and the patch holder and tried to push a patch through. It turns out, the bore brush and mop are marked .25 caliber (why, in a .223 cleaning kit??) but the patch holder also is oversized. The result? Patch gets stuck. I don't push too hard, and it comes out of the chamber fine, but the brass rods practically fused together, and the entire threaded male end of one rod broke off before they would unthread (eventually, using two pairs of pliers biting hard enough into the brass to bite into the metal). Now most of the rest of the kit is useless. Yay.
