I have previously purchased Reima products and love the quality and look. I purchased three items online. The jacket was too small and I wanted to exchange it for the next size, but it was sold out at the published price. The same exact jacket now cost more and was available in the size I needed. I contacted customer service and was told to return it for a refund. I would have been very happy simply exchanging it and paying the difference (maybe it was a more updated version of the Perille…?) Instead, I was charged $9 for returning the product. Not sure why a store credit without the $9 fee isn’t an option. After realizing this, I also returned a hat I was going to exchange.
