Initial thoughts are that it feels cheaply made - the material of the basket feels thin and like its made of some cheap, dry feeling wood. The handles squeak when you put them up and down. The basket cover is just a flat piece that sits on top, with no fastener to lock it down. Inside the basket is just an insulated cooler bag that you can remove. It was a bit hard to unzip and zip up initially, but its loosened up a bit.
