In Love with this machine.","text":"I am in love with the ProForm R10 Smart Rower!!\nThe machine was extremely simple to put together. My husband and I followed the built app instructions; it took us 25 minutes from start to finish.\nWe waited about 15 minutes for the console to update and download all of the apps once connected to our Wi-Fi.\nThe seat is cushioned and does not bother our bottoms, the rowing handles are easy to grip, and the feet rests are rather comfortable.\nWe have four children ranging from 13-18, with my husband and I between the ages of 40-45. We love using the machine. We have to schedule our workouts around one another.\nBetween the 6 of us, we have used the machine around 40x’s in the last week.\nMy children who swim say the rower is the best total body workout, and they can already see a difference in their strokes.\nMy football player feels that the rower is building his core and leg muscles.\nMy golfer child says, I just like to row, and I feel stronger.\nMy husband says he likes the low-impact exercises, the iFit lives, and that he can jump on the rower early in the morning or late at night and not wake anyone up because of how quiet it is.\nWhen I row, I feel like I am working my entire body. There is no slipping or lack of resistance when you start pulling. The seat glides really well, and the overall build feels solid. The console is nice and responsive and really clear. I signed up for the Ifit membership and have really enjoyed the trainers and the outdoor workouts with beautiful scenery. The console does take about two minutes to turn on and it could also use some larger wheels as the wheels aren't great when moving it around on the carpet. The folding feature is also great because it is a large machine and takes up a lot of space unfolded. The folding feature does feel a little awkward when unfolding. I feel like the handles that you are supposed to pull on aren't placed in a great location to give you good leverage. Assembly was pretty easy, especially when you use the app to follow the instructions rather than trying to get through the manual. We had a little hiccup when inserting the console cords into the mounting bracket and realized there was a small gasket that had to be removed and then replace, which was super easy.
