No signs of wear after several days of skiing – they're really built to last! The insulation is excellent, keeping her cozy without being too bulky. Even on colder days, she stays perfectly warm.\n\nI also love that the waterproofing really works! My daughter has spent hours in the snow and hasn’t once come home with wet pants. It’s a huge relief not to worry about her getting cold or soggy. The fit is perfect too – not too tight or too loose.\n\nIf you have an active young skier, I highly recommend these pants. We bought a size 3T because size 4T was out of stock. I hope they will last for 2 winters of growth... these would be better if the pant cuffs had a fold up/down option to ensure extra length for growing kids. The suspenders are working okay, sometimes they seem to slide looser than planned. The waist is tight fitting, I wish there was more room for layering clothing. I do like that the pant cuffs have an interior layer that wraps closely around boots and an exterior layer to keep snow out. We went out to ski (very tame green/bunny hill) and they broke within 2 hours of being there. Like the plastic actually snapped on the back suspender part and we had to remove them. Not impressed. My other son got the same pair in a smaller size and the clasp where it attaches to the pants broke the 3rd day we skied. And we are very tame skiers.
