I have had it for about five years now and carry it everyday. I actually WEAR it as a neck knife. I have read various reviews posted here about people having trouble getting the knife to draw out of the sheath. I have never carried it any other way than as a NECk knife. I carry it around my neck by looping the sheath with parachute cord. No issues whatsoever with carrying it upside down. Simply grab it and yank it down and free from the sheath. Totally concealable 365 days a year, totally worth the price.
