I can’t believe Sig refuses to put decent stippling on their grips. For a premium you can upgrade to a better grip but it should be standard. Ergonomically it fits in my hand like it was made for me specifically. My only complaint is the early mag floor plates are not compatible with the X frame, so I had to dremel off the ledges on the sides. I think the frame should come with 2 floor plates, even if they added a few dollars to the price. I was shooting a Glock 17 in the past and was looking for something that was similar in size to that grip style. I really love this X-series grip. I large hands, so this style fits nicely and allows me to maintain a better grip, which improved my shooting. It was super easy to swap out and I haven't had any problems with it at all. It even fits in my Safariland Level III holster that I was using before. The reason that I gave it only 4-stars is because the Crimson Trace LG-420G won't work with this gripframe. Too bad, as this is a wonderful gripframe overalll.
