It was stored in our son’s closet in the house. When I set it up and plugged it in it sounds like it is working but the motor isn’t turning the gears. Tried contacting customer service and they won’t stand by their product since it was purchased over a year ago. Again, it was just opened and set up and was stored inside since we bought it. Really disappointed considering the cost. Kind of kidding, kind of serious. At the very least don't waste your money on this. A ball literally ROLLED into it and something inside went \"snap\". Turns out it was part of the arm winding mechanism. A very specialized part split in two and I cannot rig it. Even before this, the thing would FAKE pitch, the balls would not load properly so the arm would SNAP forward causing the whole thing to shake. I had to try like HECK to get the pulley mechanism screwed into the base. I'm a fix it guy. I can fix almost anything, but that part snapping, well, it can't be fixed. I'm out of the return/warranty window. Ugh. \r\nAll that said, it's flimsy. Cheap. Overpriced. What a
