Just the other day the blackstrap that wraps around the upper right corner ripped completely in half while my son was using the rebounder as intended with a soccer ball. We contacted the retailer where we purchased it and they told us it is out of warranty and to contact the manufacturer. I am still waiting on a response to see if the manufacturer will replace our defected product. Even though it is out of warranty, the items still costs $150 and should last more than 10 months.
