Barely used it last summer into fall. Due to Covid my sons baseball season has been cancelled so we didn't get a chance to use it much this spring. Things are starting to open up so his team is beginning to practice. So we finally get to use the net and it is practically brand new. Within in a couple practices the bottom plastic bracket broke. On 6/11 I emailed customer support to inquire about options and I have not received a response. I sent another email on 6/16 and no response from that as well. When I pulled it back out, all the straps on the strike zone net snapped and the main net’s upper connector straps that hold the connecting pins snapped. I used 550 cord to affix the main net, but the stike zone net is worthless. This is not a good net for getting \"reps in\" as it states. The ball bounces back at you after it hits the back of the net. I would not waste money on this product. It's bordering on dangerous-depending on how hard you hit it. Cleary they have created an actual baseball net with the hole to collect the balls for a reason! Only use indoors, the plastic will break in colder temps. Broke at a baseball tourney during warmups, embarassing for SKLZ I would imagine. Balls do roll back out the front pretty easily. It is easy to setup and very portable, liked that part a lot.
