The new deep cut grooves and grip wings along with a modified recoil spring and double the capacity make this an upgrade from the 9mm EZ. The laser works well, is non intrusive, and it is factory set for 25 feet, though it's easy to adjust for both elevation and windage. It is activated by a small switch on the grip which is easy to use with a normal grip and there is also an on/off switch as well. \n\nThis is a high quality firearm that should work the first time and every time. Getting 3 mags was nice though the 10 rounder left my pinky hanging off the bottom until I put a Pierce finger extension base plate on it. Smith uses very sturdy springs in their mags and it was a good thing that they included a Maglula Uplula loader as getting the last round or two in requires some force, and you'll probably want to load up the mags and let them sit for a day or two and empty them and repeat this process a few times. At the range this is a very accurate pistol and I've had no problems whatsoever in about 600 rounds.
