I have tried to contact Smith in every way possible (emailing customer service, putting in a warranty request, and calling the customer service number) and have not received any contact back in any way. I do not wish to pay the $10 to return the item considering it came damaged and I would never return it if it was in good condition. I tried to wear them on a sunny day and it was as if I wasn't wearing any shade on my eyes. I quickly changed them to my sun black lens. It does ok in low light conditions, but it's no better than the blue sensor mirror it's replacing (scratched). These are so easy to change out that having separate lenses based on the lighting conditions is my preference. They function perfectly. If I didn’t know these were photochromic I would never had noticed. Well I used them yesterday and they were horrible. They fogged up so much and I was wondering why even when I didn’t have any type of ski mask over my face. I ended up checking when I got back to my condo and noticed there was some type of water vapor permanently stuck in the lens somehow. Now these lenses are brand new and I’m very surprised on how they’re doing. Not too happy either since they’re over $100 and I’m having to send them back for warranty. Smith, please let me know if I can get a different replacement lens that won’t have this problem, it’s really frustrating. This picture down below is when the lens is indoors, now imagine how foggy the lens is in colder weather with a ski mask on. It’s almost impossible to see. I purchased exactly the same lens as I had in the goggle as it work brilliantly on bright or sunny days.
