This is the newest version of the original Bodyguard. Since the gun is slightly different, previous holsters may not fit as tight. I wear shorts all the time and live in a Constitutional Carry state and I always carry. This holster fits as if it was custom built for my gun. While it was designed to be a used as a IWB sticky holster, without a clip, this is great so it doesn't imprint when in your front pocket. I bought a different brand, but it was almost square and too cumbersome when drawing.
