Also the length f the pole is for men, actually it appeared that the entire machine is made without consideration for shorter, smaller hand, women. Since my husband passed three years ago I needed something that I'd be able to start without pulling a string so I purchased the FSA 60R based on reviews and ads. When it comes to changing the blades I had to wait and ask my grandson for help, the same goes for the string. Finally purchased a pair of plyers to give me more leverage. Boy, was I ever wrong. I spend more time disassembling the the string head. It will not release the line when the head is bumped. This is a terrible design. If it gets any dirt or grass (always does) in the head it sticks. Sometimes I have to use a screwdriver to get it out so I can advance the line. I had bought one of these so-called replacement heads from Amazon for my FS 59 C trimmer. It had the same issue. I threw it in the garbage and put the old head (which works) back on. This is a terrible redesign and I’m returning my nerves trimmer as a result. Listen to the other reviews. Trimmer line melts, breaks, jams etc. You spend more time taking apart and restringing than it takes to trim. Stihl will say take breaks so the line doesn't melt, that way it takes twice as long to trim, or they say to soak in a pail of water, overnight. That's handy, when you do alot of trimming and you have to restring everyday you use it.
