Rural King was wonderful about acquiring these parts for me to get it going. In the first use of it, it kept tripping the breaker and wouldn't create pressure. I am going to return it and try another one if they have it in stock. Went with Stihl because I thought it was a good brand. Much to my surprise, the hose coupler leaks like crazy. The part that attaches to the garden hose is plastic and does not seem like the grooves are cut correctly. I spoke with customer service who could not help me. I was told I must return it to the dealer to determine the problem (although he also admitted he has had some calls already regarding this issue). Maybe it's just because I'm a girl? The can't (seriously - can't!) send replacement parts - I must go through the dealer - even just to return it. Well - I hope they give me a refund.
