The swivels are also cheap and unreliable. As you can see in other 1 star reviews the neoprene fails across the stich line at each end. The stitching creates a weak point in the neoprene that will eventually tear. I had one end tear while I was practicing before going hunting. I glued the seam back together with black Shoe Goop and it held while hunting last week. However, the other end failed while hunting and I was a mile away from my truck. I had to come up with a bush fix so it wouldn’t completely tear in two. I used a length of rope strung back and forth between the swivels to support the padding and prevent any stretch pressure on the ripped sling. I have now glued the 2nd tear at the other end together and will be sewing a piece of nylon strap on top of the neoprene to prevent excessive stretch and pressure on the seamed ends (as can be seen in the picture of the brown sling example). You don’t have to look far to find numerous other slings with the identical design for 1/3 price of the 10 Point sling. For the price 10 Point is charging for they sling, they should have a better design. It relieves pressure on your shoulder and it grips your clothing to help keep your crossbow from tilting back. Your crossbow will still tilt away. Most all of the crossbows are heavy on the front end.
