Not a big deal not a hard fix. But had to go through 4 different archery shops to get it fixed. 3 out of 4 said they won’t touch it as soon as I walked in. They all said that because they weren’t a Tenpoint dealer they would not be able to work on it because Tenpoint would not back their product unless they were a Tenpoint dealer. They also said that they would not be a dealer of Tenpoint because they have had to many issues with customer service. Why wouldn’t you support a business that is willing to work on your bows…that makes no sense in the business world. They would make you money on parts..luckily the 4th archery shop looked at it and said they could fix it and did so without any problems. They originally said they didn’t want to but because it was a very easy fix they agreed to do it. It was very easy to sight in and has been very accurate. Carried it 18 days elk hunting, it was very light weight and easy to handle in the woods. We were able to both get our elk this year. The shooting force was very strong and went thru the elk at 30 yards. We had ordered two bows one for my husband and one for myself. The acuslide is a game changer! I've had a Wicked Ridge Invader for 10 years and killed several deer with it, but I just turned 75 and this upgrade should glide me into my 80's! My only suggestion is to provide a friction adjustment for the crank handle to lock into the stock.
