I'm a 32-33 waist and went with the XL which is perfect. Features are very confusing, online it says there is a phone pocket but on the tag of the belt it says there is a \"secure zip phone pocket\" but this thing has zero zips. Also have no clue how to use the race bib holders. All that being said, it's a quality belt that I think I will love once I figure it out. I'm wearing this for the Leadville 100 and can't stand having a pack on my shoulders all day, I can tell this will be comfortable but haven't taken it out for a spin yet.
