The strap is so wide that it doesn’t really fit comfortably on your shoulder as a crossbody. The quality of the zippers is not that wonderful. The pockets on the inside are kind of mediocre and don’t really even fit a pen or a sunglasses case or a phone. I’m kind of disappointed compared to my original Thread tote bag.
