They are fabulous shoes. BUT, what I love the most was that I ordered a size too small. I contacted Keen and they helped me return them and get another pair. I ordered the new pair, paid for them, and returned the first pair. It was easy and there was no fuss. I didn’t have to pay the return shipping either. The refund for the first pair was in my account very quickly.
