I don't mind the sturdiness of it because this type of car seat is a bit of a set it and forget it unlike my mesa that I was taking in and out. I do have a nuna rava in my other car which is a smaller profile but I like how my little one fits in the Knox better. It came with different inserts to ensure a good fit and I don't have to fight to pull out the crotch buckle from underneath babe's bum. Price point is perf in would not buy it again.","text":"We have had this car seat for about 2 years. It sits so high it has become a grandparent seat due to it not fitting rear facing in any smaller vehicles we have. Also I took it out to clean and there are white marks that look like the plastic is damaged but was told it was ok it was just due to the cooling process when the plastic left the mold. The marks were not there when the seat was purchased. This seat has not left the vehicle in over a year and is used maybe once a week.
