I especially like the larger screws used for the base and top of the rings. Having the inch pounds of torque recommended for the base as well as the top of the rings is a great idea. These rings seem very durable after installing them on a Kidd 22 which has a pictinny rail. The scope is a Z5 Swarovski. I am thinking of getting another set of these vortex 1” rings which are LOW rather than medium in height. I prefer the scope mounted as low as possible on the rifle and there is enough clearance that this is possible.
