My Palatinate Blue in a Small fit this 75-year-old perfect. At 5'3\" and 135 pounds they look great on. I already have the top and know they will launder up great. The fabric is not light weight, these are not t-shirt fabric but real sweat pants material. All double stitching at the seams, deep pockets, double stitching on the outside and the waist stays in place which helps in keeping the pants up and in place. Just beefy enough to keep me warm. Very soft on the inside next to my skin. I liked that I can put my hands in the pockets and the pants don't pull down. They are very comfortable and go well with an oversized, comfy T-shirt. I ordered 3 medium pairs several months ago. Upon receiving them, I found that one pair was mismarked and was small. All three pairs fit me, but I like them to be a little oversized. I liked them so much that I just ordered 2 more pairs and they both fit just fine. The only drawback, if you call it that, is the pockets could be a little deeper; my phone falls out of them if I am not careful.
