I ordered a large based on the app on the site, it was way too big on me. So, I reordered a medium because that is the size I wear in everything else. It came, it fit everywhere except for the arm hole openings. They were an inch smaller that all my other medium size coats. It made wearing this uncomfortable. It's not just this style, I ordered a shorter jacket in another style and had the same issues, those openings were even smaller. I am disappointed, I really wanted this coat to fit because overall, it is a warm, well made coat. So now I'm sending the medium back too and going to shop retail where I can try things on.
